Valentine's Day Viral E-Card

Valentine’s Day e-cards can hold more than best wishes. Brian Krebs in his Washington Post blog warns of the dangers of fake e-cards. According to F-Secure, a Finnish security group, cards have already been fakes under the name American Greetings. Going as far as creating a fake American Greetings website, the spammers take advantage of people trusting holiday-related links.

Clicking on the link for kisses, chocolates, or unicorns opens the computer to a Trojan horse with nasty password stealing capabilities.
